OVERHEAD EXTENSION

1. Stand with both feet on the cord. Hold each handle with your palms facing the sky behind your head, elbows bent.

2. In a slow and controlled movement, straighten your arms and extend them toward the sky as far as you can before bending your elbows to return to the start position.

Tips: Make sure that when you stand on the cord, it’s in the centre of your foot. Good footwear is essential to this exercise.
