This is a resistance band arm exercise in use with the door anchor. You can place the door anchor at different training points around the door frame. In this exercise I have fixed the door anchor at eye level this is so that the bicep muscle is fully worked in the exercise.
I curl the arm in towards the chest with this exercise maintaining control throughout. Use a lower resistance level when first exercising.
Good for strengthening joints upper and lower arm joints and muscles.
