SITUP’S

1. Lie on your back and bend your knees to a 60 degree angle, keeping your feet flat on the floor.

2. Now lift your upper body and try to touch your elbows to your knees, making sure that your elbows stay in line with your head and your back is straight at all times. Return to the start position.
