STANDING TWISTS

1. Hold on the handles with overhand grip hands in line with sit with legs forward, arms in front stretched out
front of your shoulders.

2. Using both arms pull towards the chest, during the movement turn your body to the right and pull band to right shoulder.

3.. Keep your shoulders in place, return to start position and repeat doing the same movement on left side
