1.Stand with feet shoulder width apart arms straight on each side palms facing in

2.Step forward about three feet with your foot land your heal on the floor, with the other leg bend bringing making the knee close too touching the floor

3. Step forward bringing the following leg forward place all the weight on the bent forward leg and straighten into standing position then step forward completing the same movement with opposite leg.
