Simple Protein smoothie recipe - Fitness Health

This is a protein smoothie recipe that I created. I am not a professional chef but I make this recipe all the time and it always tastes good.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of almond milk or soy milk

- 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder

- 3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries (I use blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)

- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

Easy and simple yet beneficial
