This video provides a basic exercise information with use of the suspension training system the primary focus for this exercise is core and lower body muscles.
The exercise above primary focuses on working the core muscles, glut's and legs.
1.Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees relaxed. Once in start position, bend at the knees and poke your bottom as far as you can to the rear.
Once you have reach this position pushing through your feet, up your knees into fullystanding position, with arms stretching fully extended in front of head. Maintain control and balance with the suspension handles. Repeat this exercise until you’ve completed all repetitions.
