Weighted Vest Burpee with a press-up

The Burpee exercise is common in the military exercise drills. To make the Burpee more interesting the military add extra exercises into the standard exercise. This weighted vest Burpee has the added benefit of a press up being added into the exercise. Great compound explosive exercise that's well known throughout the fitness world. With the added weight from the vest, this exercise will be sure to challenge your body muscles.
