METCON Training Workout 2 Core and leg blast 

Duration - 20 min - ( 5 minutes warm up and cool down ) 

Target - Increase cardio fitness, core and total body training 

Fitness level - intermediate - advanced 

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout. 

Workout 2
Exercise: Continue for 20mins Reps/Time Rest
1-Rope Jumps 30 secs NA
2-Burpees 25 secs NA
3-Mountain Climbers 20 secs NA
4-Plank  30 secs  1min
