Cardio exercise is the best fitness for health. The cardiovascular system is defined as the heart and all the connected blood vessels. When exercising with cardio training we will increase our health and decrease the risk of disease. Cardio fitness has  a number of benefits for our body.

Cardio fitness is ideal for weight loss as it increases our BMI (body mass index)

Cardio training can be super effective when combined with a sensible diet. You will definitely increase in lean body tissue and a decrease in body fat percentage.

First benefit for increasing cardio fitness will be the ability to transport oxygen internally within our heart and lungs.  Being able  to deliver an adequate supply of oxygen to all our working muscles.

Our skeletal system is strengthened by weight-bearing activities such as long distance running and jogging. This can not only assist in reducing the risk for developing osteoporosis, it can also help to slow down the progress of the disease for those whose doctors recommend exercise.

It will decrease the risks of hypokinetic disease such like-

  • CHD (Coronary Heart Disease)
  • Stroke
  • Cancers ( particularly colonic cancer)
  • Arthritis
  • Obesity
  • Diabetes type 2
