This is a video we made on installing the lat pulldown ceiling mount pulley at home made by kelton fitness. We show how we have bolted the ceiling mount to the ceiling and the instructions of putting this machine together. 

 

We would recommend you watch this video to give you an idea of the best practices for installation of the pulley machine, the lat pulldown requires you to purchase your own fittings depending on what materials you are fixing the mechanism to. First we always recommend that  you consult a builder or carpenter for the installation of this system, this is a guide and how we have installed our system.
