Banana & nutmeg smoothie

nutmeg smoothie



  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  1. Peel and chop bananas place into blender.
  2. add the honey, yoghurt and milk then finish with nutmeg.
  3. place into cup and serve.
Easy to follow recipe with simple low cost ingredients, this smoothie is a great source of energy and protein.
