What Juicing Actually Is?

It is a process of extracting all the essential essence from fruits and vegetable. Most famous and usual example is “apple juice.”

Whenever there is a question about staying healthy and if someone has aimed to lose weight the first thing that comes to our mind is intake of “natural juices." You might have an inquiry in your mind that why have I emphasized on natural juices. According to recent trends, we think that every box that has a label of fruit juice is pure and healthy.

An Intake of apple juice daily can have miraculously extraordinary positive effects on your health. But you need to take care of few things before you start an apple juice diet

  • No artificial or boxed juices, it should be organic.
  • No sugar and preservatives should be added.
  • Your apple juice should be extracted from fresh apples.

In 2007, the European Respiratory Journal reported a study that showed children who drank 200ml (about 7oz) of apple juice per day were less likely to have breathing problems.
