The spinach, vegetable, and feta sauce recipe is a simple solution for making a great sauce packed full of nutrients. Plenty of vegetables with the added benefit of a tasting amazing as seen in the video below, the method is very simple fry the onions garlic together then add the vegetables spinach and then finally cream and feta.

Ingredients
2 onions diced
2 cloves of garlic sliced
1 courgette washed and diced
4 tomatoes washed and diced
3 mushrooms washed and diced
200g Baby Spinach leaves fresh
1/2 pack of feta cheese -200g
100ml cream
Stuffed pepper ingredients
Quorn mince / beef mince -200g
1 Onion diced
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
With the stuffed pepper I have used quorn mince, gently fried with some onions and garlic then added little bit of soy sauce to the mix for flavour. Then hollowed a capsicum out and placed the mix inside covered in foil and baked in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
