Deadlift Exercise with Resistance Bands

Resistance band deadlift exercise.

This is an awesome leg and buttock exercise, the deadlift is one of the best lower body exercises you can do. The movement help strengthen your legs, lower back, abs and gluts. You can also increase plyometric fitness with this exercise.

Standing position keep your shoulders in line with  feet throughout exercise.

Grasp handles,  bend your arms and lift up to shoulder height. Maintain the same height whilst exercising.

Once in start position, bend at the knees and poke your bottom as far as you can to the rear.

Try to bend your knees as far as you can, making sure you don't over stretch, bend to the furthest position possible.

Once you have reach this position hold then return back to full standing position, repeat this exercise until you've completed all repetitions.
