This 5 minute training video focuses on fitness training arm muscle with resistance fitness bands.   This exercise is for advanced training with the resistance bands. This exercise is know as a compound movement, as you activate a mixture of the muscles in both lower and upper body.  Muscles; Shoulders, deltoids, gluts, quads & calves1.Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees relaxed.
