Fresh spinach salad with apple dressing

Spinach is a great source of healthy food, with rich nutrients like Iron and Calcium, which is great for the operation of our internal body organs. Eating fresh spinach is the best way to absorb nutrients and minerals from food, just make sure that the leaves are properly washed thoroughly before consuming.

1 Bag Spinach 250g 
1 fine chopped apple
1 grated purple onion

Mix together for dressing

1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon Mustard
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup Olive oil
seasoning

Crumble some bacon or Parmesan cheese for garnish.
