1 Bag Spinach 250g
1 fine chopped apple
1 grated purple onion
Mix together for dressing
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon Mustard
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup Olive oil
seasoning
Crumble some bacon or Parmesan cheese for garnish.
