Ingredients
- 750g Beef mince fresh
- 2 Cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 large onions diced
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 carrots peeled and diced
- pinch of sugar
- splash of balsamic vinegar
- 100g mushroom quartered
- 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 Pack Lasagna sheets
- 300 ml White sauce
- 200g Grated cheese
- Place olive oil into pan then add garlic, onions, carrot then add the beef mince and fry at medium heat for 8 minutes, keep stirring the mix until all the beef mince is cooked out
- Add the puree tinned tomatoes and cook on low heat then cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, once again keep stirring to make sure the bottom doesn't burn
- After 5 minutes add the remain ingredients balsamic, sugar, mixed herbs, mushrooms, to the mince mix, then season with salt and pepper to taste
- Place first layer of sauce in baking tray, then cover with lasagna sheets, repeat 3-4 times until mix is finished.
- Finish with last layer and top with white sauce cover with cheese and place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius or Gas mark 6 then allow 45 minutes to cook.
