Resistance band total body exercises.

The clean and press is one of the best total body exercises you can complete as the movement assists with strengthen your legs, lower back, abs and gluts.
A few pointers when using the bands.
Stand in a position that keeps your shoulders in line with feet throughout every exercise.
Once in starting position, bend at the knees and poke your bottom as far as you can to the rear. (as if you were sitting on a chair)
Try to bend your knees as far as you can, making sure your knees don't go over your toes. be careful and don’t over stretch, bend knees to the lowest position possible.
