New research has shown that you can lose weight with dairy products. You will need to cut back on eating certain foods and increase your diary.

The research has shown that milk and other dairy products can help you lose weight and promote muscular growth at the same time.

In Canada the researchers found that people whom exercised every day with a high dairy and protein diet, lost on average of 10 pounds if fat and gained 1 1/2 pounds of muscle over a 16 week period, the diary and protein diet was calorie restricted.

The research found that the people who ate more carbohydrates and exercised the for same amount of time lost weight but also lost muscle during the 16 week period.

One of the main reasons for this outcome is simply because that protein regulates your appetite better that carbohydrates.
