A great way to get your knee to begin to heal is to use a step. In the video above we demonstrate the exercise using a plyometrics box, this would be used for advanced strengthening knee exercises. We recommend you use a smaller platform for rehab injuries. A stair case can be a great place to start, as the high is no taller than 10 inches this will place less stress on your knee muscles and joints. If using a step up bench place it in front of you and simply step up with one foot and then the other before stepping down one foot at a time as well. If you are comfortable, you can also stand beside the step and step up from your left or right, working your outer thighs and hips as well.
