Crossfit workout 2 no equipment

 CrossFit Workout 1

Duration - 30 min - ( + 5 minutes warm up and cool down ) 

Target - Total body muscle training 

Fitness level - Intermediate / advanced

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout. 

Equipment - None 

Workout 2:
Exercise: For 20 minutes REPS Rest
1-Pullups 5 reps 0
2-Pushups 10 reps 0
3-Air Squat 15 reps 0
4-Crunches 20 reps 0-30secs
