Duration - 45 min - ( + 5 minutes warm up and cool down ) 

Target - Increase cardio fitness, core and total body training 

Fitness level - intermediate - advanced 

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout.

1-Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats 15 reps NA
2-Barbell Snatches 10 reps NA
3-Dumbbell Goblet Squats 5 reps NA
4-Burpees 15 reps NA
5-Russian Swings 10 reps 3 mins
