Recipe Udon Noodle Stir Fry

Udon Recipe Simple Noodle Stir Fry

  • Sliced Onion      1 onions (med sliced)
  • Sliced Carrot      2 carrots (med Sliced)
  • Broccoli 1 sliced
  • Paprika 1 Sliced
    Sliced Leek        1 leeks
    Rice Wine Vinegar   10 ml
    Soya Sauce       50 ml
  • Sugar  3 tbsp
  • Garlic                2 cloves (crushed)
  • Pickled Ginger   20g sliced
  • Udon  noodles (Half cooked)               2pk
  • Canola oil           30ml
Method
  1. Place oil in pan heat on medium heat then add garlic, ginger, onions and saute vegetables on high heat for 5 mins
  2. Then slowly add rice wine vinegar soya sauce and sugar simmer on high heat for 2 mins
  3. Remember to season with salt and pepper, you can always add chili if needed.
    udon noodles and finish with herb. 5 minutes
  4. Cooking time 20 mins
