Udon Recipe Simple Noodle Stir Fry
- Sliced Onion 1 onions (med sliced)
- Sliced Carrot 2 carrots (med Sliced)
- Broccoli 1 sliced
- Paprika 1 Sliced
Sliced Leek 1 leeks
Rice Wine Vinegar 10 ml
Soya Sauce 50 ml - Sugar 3 tbsp
- Garlic 2 cloves (crushed)
- Pickled Ginger 20g sliced
- Udon noodles (Half cooked) 2pk
- Canola oil 30ml
Method
- Place oil in pan heat on medium heat then add garlic, ginger, onions and saute vegetables on high heat for 5 mins
- Then slowly add rice wine vinegar soya sauce and sugar simmer on high heat for 2 mins

Remember to season with salt and pepper, you can always add chili if needed.
udon noodles and finish with herb. 5 minutes - Cooking time 20 mins
