Lunge leg band exercises.

Lunges with the leg kinetic resistance bands are an awesome way to get started with leg resistance training.

In this video you will find a basic tuition of the lunge exercise with the 240mm resistance bands. Exercising with these resistance bands can help you improve your strength,  balance and posture.

It’s always good to exercise with multi directional movements, we as humans are dynamic and able to complete a wide variety of movements.

This exercise will tone you buttocks whilst strengthening the leg muscles, all lower muscles are contracted with this exercise, if you wish to increase the skill you can test yourself with walking lunges.

I completed these exercises with the red bands, which have a resistance of 12lbs, you can increase or lower the resistance level with different colour bands. Black is the strongest and yellow is the lightest.
