Exercise band ab rock forward

1.Hold on the handles with overhand grip on handles. Do not stand straight keep a bend at knees.

2.Hold elbows and palms face forward. Keeping bend in arm, hands should be at shoulder height throughout exercise.

3. Bend body forward using ab muscles only, slowly rock forward, hold for a second and then return back. Keep doing this until full reps are achieve
