Getting a six pack

 

If you are fixated about gaining a six pack use a range training of techniques.

Weight  spot training want give you the results you are looking for, every exercise plan you will need to target different muscles around the body. The more muscles used in each exercise the better!

The truth behind training is that if you want to get the best abs you have to lose weight and use an effective training method, if your small or thin and want muscular gains you have to gain weight first.

The best method for training is to recruit as many muscle fibres as possible using heavy loads, training plans like negative training, one rep max, squats, deadlifts, press ups and chin ups.

Burpees with a press up, is an excellent exercise for the whole body, during the exercise you start with a squat to the floor, drop into the press up position, complete one press up then hop up back to the squat stand straight and complete a star jump. Repeat this exercise twenty times and you’ll be jumping with a six pack in three weeks.
