garlic pasta & pesto pastrami

Simple Garlic pasta & pesto pastrami

recipe serves 2 persons

  • 1/2 packet spaghetti
  • 4  Pastrami slices , sliced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 1/2 chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic finely diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil and pesto


  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water
  2. Then using a frying pan place on medium heat,  make hot then
  3. Add garlic cook until brown, add a tsp of dried cumin and chili, cook for 30 seconds
  4. Then add salt, pepper, lemon , chili flakes and oregano
  5. Remove cooked spaghetti add tomatoes and sliced pastrami then  drop the pan mix into the sauce pan
  6. Finish with  2 tbsp olive oil and pesto
