Feta and Onion Omelet Recipe

Omelet recipe feta onion

  • Olive Oil drizzle
  • 1/2 Red onion finely sliced
  • 1 Red Capsicum  finely sliced
  • handful of feta cheese chopped 
  • 3 Eggs broken and mixed with pinch salt & pepper
Method
  1. Most important use a not stick pan
  2. Add oil to large pan and place on high heat , make sure not to burn fry red onions and capsicums together shallow fry until takes 1 minute
  3. Add beaten eggs and stir into mix, make sure cover the pan bottom by lifting & circling 1-2 minutes until the egg covers all the vegetables
  4. Add Feta on top and grill for 3 minutes, remove from grill sprinkle with herbs then serve.
