Spinach , mushrooms with Baked eggs protein packed


The ideal breakfast recipe is packed with goodness. Eggs being a complete protein are packed with the core ingredients for post workout recovery. This recipe you will need three eggs, a handful of fresh spinach, five mushrooms, half a pepper and half a onion.

very simple all you need to do is place a frying pan on the heat on high heat, add olive oil then gently fry the mushrooms and spinach with peppers and onion once you’ve achieved a nice brown colouring on the onions add the three eggs to the pan fry for a further 2 minutes then place in oven at 200°C hello baking for 5 minutes then remove and serve with Salt and pepper on top

optoinal add some home-made tomato sauce if you want to enhance the taste
