How to attach resistance band handles exercise bands

The handles are easily re-attachable just unclasp when you need to change the band weight. For maximum weight load you can attach all of 5 bands to the handles as shown in picture below.

 

The resistance bands clips use an quick and easy method for attaching and detaching the resistance bands.

This means you can train at a fast speed with easily changeable resistance.

 

Band weights 

  • Yellow Band  - X Light 10lbs
  • Blue Band -  Light 20lbs
  • Red Band - Medium 25lbs
  • Green Band - Heavy 30lbs
  • Black Band - XL 35lbs
  • Grey Band - XXL 45lbs
