Smoothie Raspberry Healthy Recipe

All you need in order to make your own smoothie is one of the following pieces of kitchen equipment;

  • Food blender
  • Smoothie maker
  • Hand blender

Smoothies have to be the  easiest and most healthy drinks you can  make by yourself. The hardest process of smoothie making is getting the measurements right as you don’t want to end up with thick paste or a thin watery flavoured fruit drink.

Smoothies are the best nutrient deliverers, faster than solid foods and fruits. Drinking a smoothie can be a great for breakfast that can kick-start your day. If you don’t like eating much in the morning and prefer a light snack to start your day smoothie could be the answer for your morning meal.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp almonds
  • 50 g raspberries  berries
  • 50g frozen berries
  • 3 Ice cubes

Method 

  1. Place all ingredients together in a large jug and  blender together.
