Exercise sessions feel easier because the endorphins that your body releases when happy make you feel much better, sidelining any excuses that may hinder your progress.
Plus, you just look better when you have a smile on your face. Next time you go to the gym, look around you and notice who is smiling and who is not. The people with happier faces will often look better than those that are scowling.
