The Perform Series Bicep Curl is designed to ensure that a smooth and consistent resistance is felt throughout the entire range of motion. The angled handle grips ensure maximum muscle engagement through correct exercise mechanics and the angled arm pads provide optimal support and comfort during use. Unlike free weight bicep exercises, the Elite Series Bicep Curl targets the muscle from all points of the elbow flexion range.
