FH Kinetic resistance leg band set is designed to help you increase fast-twitch leg muscle fibres increasing explosive speed and strength.
When all the bands are attached for this set you can achieve a total resistance of 66 lbs. The bands are made from latex and have reinforced hooks.
Resistance Bands are made from Latex tubing used for strength training. This is a lightweight set, easy storing and fully portable.
The band package comes with two leg straps that fit around the higher thigh, you can adjust the leg cuff size to fit upper and lower legs for training different muscle groups.
Using the bands adds more resistance to normal exercises like squats, lunges, knee raises, half jacks, full jacks, etc.
It has different colour bands for different resistance levels:
2 Red Bands 11 lbs - Medium
2 Green Bands 16 lbs - Medium-Heavy
2 Black Bands 22 lbs - Heavy
Each band's length is 240mm.

Each kinetic leg resistance band is 22 cm in length, with the hooks from end to end the total length is 29cm.
Thigh straps are a total of 65cm long with 5.5 cm width. The thigh straps have extra padding for comfort

Product looks good but has no handles
I initially thought it would come with handles, but it didn't so I had to order some separately, and these haven't arrived yet, so I haven't yet been able to use the product.
I’ve been taking these for a week, and I do feel a little bit brighter in myself. I struggle with the dark mornings at this time of the year, and I really think these have given me the extra boost that I need.
