Duration - 50 min - ( + 5 minutes warm up and cool down ) 

Target - Total body muscle training 

Fitness level - Intermediate / advanced

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout. 

Equipment - Barbell with weights and 14kg kettlebell 

Workout 1:
Exercise SETS REPS Rest
1-Barbell Squat 5 5 reps 2mins
2-Deadlift 5 5 reps 2mins
3-Kettlebell Swings 5 10 reps 1.30min
4-Plank 3 to failure 2mins
