HIIT Training workout 1 

Duration - 20 -30min 

Target - Increase cardio fitness, core and lower body training 

Fitness level - Beginner - intermediate 

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout. 

Workout 1:
Circuit 1: Repeat 4 times Duration Rest
1A.Mountain Climbing 1min 20secs Do for 1min, rest 20secs, follow by 1B
1B.Crunches 1min 20secs Do for 1min, rest 20secs, follow by 1C
1C.Superman Holds 45secs 15secs
Circuit 2: Repeat 4 times Duration Rest Rest for 3mins between Circuit 1 and Circuit 2
2A.Plank 1min 20secs
2B.Leg Raises 45secs 15secs
2C.Ab Bicycle  1min 15secs
