- 2 Mozzerella balls sliced
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- Optional – Grated parmasen
- 2 handfuls fresh basil roughly chopped
- Balsamic vinegar reduction
- Prepare the tomatoes , wash and slice.
- Slice the mozzerella and chop the herbs.
- Place on a large round plate , season with salt and pepper then finish with fresh basil, serve salad with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
