5 Best Exercises for Weight Loss

1) Crunches:

Crunches will allow you to lose weight from the tummy area. By doing crunches you will

For doing crunches, you should rest on your back. Bend your knees and keep your feet
on the ground. Slowly move your back upwards such that you are in a sitting position and
again go back to the resting position. Repeat the above procedure number of times.

on the lower body muscles. This exercise will also make the knees strong. Squatting
provides total workout for the legs and the hip.

To do squatting, stand straight and keep some distance between your feet. Keep your
hands in the air, parallel to the ground. Now bend your knees as if you are sitting on a
chair and then again slowly move back to the initial standing position. Repeat the process
several times.

3) Running:

Running will help you to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is to run on a
treadmill. Running on a treadmill provides total cardiovascular workout.

4) Push-ups:

Push-ups work on the upper half of the body. You don’t need any exercising equipment
for doing push-ups. This exercise will tone your chest, triceps and shoulders.

5) Weight training:

 

By using barbell you can work on your upper body to lose weight. It will help you to lose
unwanted fat and build muscles in the shoulder, biceps, triceps and the lower as well as
upper back region.
