Cure your hangover with vitamin C.

Recent tests at a University in American have shown that vitamin C can enhance your internal body system. This is  great news for curing the common cold and even better news for fighting hangovers. Drinking alcohol will dehydrate the body system and may leave us feeling tired, dizzy, weak or sick the next day.

Rich sources of vitamin C are;

  • Capsicums
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Oranges
  • Limes & lemons
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Strawberries

  • Cup of water
  • 1 Vitamin C water soluble tablet
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 Pinch of salt
