2 handfuls of fresh Wild garlic leaves
1 handful cashew nuts
1 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Honey
A touch of salt and pepper
Method
Place all ingredients in a narrow bowl or food blender and blend to a pulp.
Place in air sercure jar and store in the fridge.
