Honey roasted parsnips

400g Parsnips

50ml Vegetable oil

2 tbsp Honey

Pinch Seasoning = salt and pepper

 

 

Method

 

  1. Top and tail parsnips, peel and slice into quarters length ways
  2. Mix honey and oil together and cover, season then parsnips place in oven 190 c for 40 minutes
  3. Remove when crispy golden brown stage is reached
