This morning's breakfast was a great protein fix. The trick for making a great four egg omelette is by using the grill. Place all your ingredients in a pan with oil and fry for five minutes, then break all the eggs in a bowl and whisk, add a little salt and pepper. Then add them to the pan, make sure the egg mix covers the whole just do this by picking up the pan an tilting. Once all the egg covers the pan then cook for a further two minutes allowing the egg to cook from below. Don't use any utensils. Place under the grill for five minutes on medium heat cooking the top of the omelette. If you want you can add cheese whilst grilling. Then serve
