A well balanced diet is important for living a healthy and prosperous life. If your diet is not perfect then it can pose a great risk to your life. Eating junk food leads to obesity and several health related issues.

5) Carrots

Carrots are very good for eyes because it is rich in vitamin A. Carrots are low in calories and high in fiber, which means that carrots are good for controlling body weight and building strong muscles. Raw carrots are good in taste.

6) Tomatoes

Tomatoes help in preventing cancer because it is rich in lycopene. Tomatoes are really good for health.

7) Oranges

Oranges have anti-oxidant beta-carotenes which is good for health. Oranges are rich in Vitamin C which helps in fighting various diseases. Oranges also have magnesium which helps in controlling blood pressure.

All the above mentioned foods should be included in your day-to-day diet because these are really good for health. The above foods are very good for building strong muscles and bones as well as for enhancing the skin and they are also very good for losing weight. Apart from all the above foods, you should always consume lots of water because it prevents from dehydration and helps in recovery of muscles.
