1. Stand straight with your feet at shoulder width. Start with your hands facing your sides.
2. Slowly make circles, about one foot in diameter.
3.Continue and repeat for about ten seconds then change direction
This exercise is ideal for the warm up, during and post any exercise program, the aim for this exercise is to strengthen your shoulder joints, this assists and helps in most sports. Ideal exercise for people whom work in industries sch as hairdressing, food preparation, factories or any work that may involve standing for long periods of time using arm movements.
