Home Workout 1st Session

Day One

Training session 20 minutes long, this workout consists of:

3 sets of 30 seconds training exercise then followed by 30 seconds rest

Exercises 

Mountain climbers discs
Pressups
Squats
Bicep curls
Lunges
Reverse curls

 

Change and complete the following core and ab exercises 

Plank
Superman's
Cycling hip thrust
Cobra stretch


Warm up and cool down before every session.
