Making your Own Isotonic

Learning to make your own supplements has to be one of the best skills you can achieve. Knowing the true ingredients in what your eating or drinking in this day and age is essential. One of the easiest ways to save your hard earned money is to start making your our energy drinks, you'll be amazed how easy it is to learn to make your own isotonic drink.

Just think how much you spend on your average sports drink ? around £2.  Not much money for one day! but how much money do you spend a year ? if you buy a sports drink every day of the year it works out a a staggering £728 on sports isotonic drinks.

Here's how you save money follow the recipe below

Ingredients to make your 1 litre of your own Isotonic drink:

Ingredients
  • 750ml  Water
  • 250 ml Orange Juice (or any alternative juice)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 large pinch of salt
Method.

Mix the water and fruit juice together, with a shaker, blender, stirrer.  Add sugar and salt slowly stir well. I always use a clear jug glass when making this recipe to make sure the salt and sugar has dilute into the drink. You can see if the granules are at the bottom keep on mixing until diluted.

Make it yourself ! then you will always know what's inside your sports drink.
