Most oil we produce are made from nuts, seeds, pulses and poly &  mono-saturated fats. Consuming a low fat diet with more mono saturated fat can help lower the bad ‘LDL’ = cholesterol.

Mono saturated fats is the best fat we can consume on a regular basis, rich monosaturated oils are;

  • Olive oil
  • canola oil
  • sunflower oil

These oils also have added bonuses such as omega 3, rich vitamin E and low in saturates. Also increase ‘HDL’ the good fats inside our blood stream.
