Bodybuilding and weight training can even help prevent osteoporosis and arthritis.
All the focus of bodybuilding is on the physical aspect, but what gets overlooked are all the positive mental effects bodybuilding has. Bodybuilding can vastly improve your mind and mental being. Studies have shown that exercise, such as body building, causes the brain to release endorphins and other mood elevating hormones. Bodybuilding can also provide a major self-esteem boost because of the new good looking body you’re going to have. Self-image problems will be a thing of the past.
